Chelsie Legg MARLA

Residential Property Manager

Having joined LPandM in 2011, I have worked my way through the company in a variety of roles encompassing Reception, Block Management, Service Charge accounts and Lettings Management. After a recent restructure I am now taking on a new challenge by overseeing our new Residential Property Management department which looks after our Residential Lettings and Block Management portfolios with the assistance of Omar who joined the team in late 2024.

Whilst at LPandM I have enjoyed various roles and achievements, in 2023 I completed my Propertymark qualification and am now a proud fully qualified member of ARLA. I brought in 3D floor plans and video tours to assist with our letting marketing during COVID-19 and have updated procedures and processes to maximise efficiency. Now I am looking forward to the development of the new Residential Department and being able to use my previous experience and skillset of Service Charge management again.

Omar Meah

Residential Property Assistant Manager

I joined LPandM as Residential Property Assistant Manager working alongside Chelsie taking care of our rental properties and their tenants as well as our block management portfolio.

With a strong background in Sales, Customer Service and Relations I have been making the most of my skillset within a new industry and thus far am enjoying my experience. No two days are the same here and every day I welcome a different challenge. My role certainly has made me feel valued, I take pride in what I do and I aim to build positive relationships whilst giving our clients the best result.

Lease Enquiries, Lease Extensions, Improvement Consent & Insurance Claims

Joining LPandM in 2007 was my first introduction into property management having previously spent many years working in a variety of administrative, HR & accountancy roles in other industries including printing, chemical and computing.

I now work on a part time basis and really enjoy my role and the family atmosphere and camaraderie of working within a small but extremely professional company such as LP&M, where everyone’s opinion counts and teamwork is so important.

I strive to provide an approachable and helpful service to both our Clients and leaseholders and to assist them in a clear and proficient manner.

Neel Mehta

Commercial Property Manager

I am a Commercial Property Manager who works closely with Howard, overseeing the operations, maintenance, and profitability of commercial real estate properties such as office buildings, retail spaces, industrial complexes, or mixed-use developments.

I believe in providing excellent customer service and to build positive and long-lasting relationships with all our clients. I have enjoyed the challenge of learning all about the new sides of commercial property management having been doing residential and look forward to developing my skills within the company.

Annette Jordan

PA to Managing Director & Office Assistant

I joined LPandM in 2019 after a long and varied career in John Lewis.

I am the PA to the Managing Director and my aim is to offer an efficient and effective service to our clients.

My role offers me the opportunity to work across many different projects, which offers me an interesting working life and allows me to utilise my organisational skills, ability to work individually or as part of a great team.

Howard Mecklenburgh MRICS

Managing Director & Chartered Surveyor

I have been with LPandM since the early 1980’s and as a Director since 1991 on qualification to RICS.

I am an RICS Registered Valuer but regard myself as a true general practitioner.

If it is a building and you have a question you can ask me! I don’t claim to have all the answers (although some of my colleagues may disagree with that claim!) but 40 years’ experience and too many grey hairs mean if I can’t answer it myself, I will know who can!!

I am not sure you can be born to be a surveyor, but if you can, I am probably as close as you will get.

Over the years, I have built a tightknit and enthusiastic team who work closely with me and share our common goal of providing a first class and professional service of everything we do. I look forward to working with you.

Sarah Hall

Company Director

I joined the accounts department in 2006 after a 20 year career in the Hospitality Industry.

I found the diversity of Property Management an exciting and challenging change of direction for me and quickly settled in to my new role.

My dedication and commitment to LPandM was rewarded in 2009 when I was made a Company Director. My main focus is to provide our Clients with a comprehensive level of financial reporting and support.

With clients ranging from individuals with one investment property, overseas landlord, trusts right through to companies with large property portfolios, I am kept very busy.
