Chelsie Legg MARLA

Associate Director, Residential Property

Having joined LPandM in 2011, I have progressed through a variety of roles including Reception, Block Management, Service Charge Accounts and Lettings Management. I now oversee our Residential Property Management departments, managing both our Residential Lettings and Block Management portfolios.

I achieved my Propertymark qualification and became a fully qualified member of ARLA in 2023. I have also supported the development of our marketing and improved procedures to enhance efficiency. I look forward to continuing to develop the department while delivering a professional and proactive service to our clients.

Naomi Anyia

Residential Lettings Manager

I joined LPandM in early 2026 after spending over a decade in customer service, primarily with Apple. Looking for a new challenge, I brought my customer-focused experience into the property industry.

Working alongside Chelsie, I manage our lettings portfolio and compliance, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors while coordinating viewings and supporting tenancies from start to finish. I enjoy the variety each day brings and am committed to providing a friendly, professional service while continuing to develop my knowledge and skills within the property sector.

Rosie Shearsby

Residential Leasehold Property Manager

I joined our sister company, Perry Holt Property Consultants, in 2015, where I supported the day-to-day running of the business through administration, client communication and operational coordination. In early 2024, I moved to Sewell & Gardner to broaden my experience in residential property.

I am now delighted to have joined LPandM as a Residential Leasehold Property Manager. I look forward to building strong relationships with clients, delivering a professional and approachable service, and continuing to develop my knowledge within the property industry.

Annie White

Lease Enquiries, Lease Extensions, Improvement Consents & Insurance Claims

Joining LPandM in 2007 was my first introduction to property management, having previously worked in a variety of administrative, HR and accountancy roles across several industries, including printing, chemical manufacturing and computing.

Working part-time, I enjoy the variety my role offers and the opportunity to assist both clients and leaseholders with lease enquiries, lease extensions, improvement consents and insurance claims. I pride myself on providing an approachable, helpful and efficient service, ensuring matters are handled clearly, professionally and with attention to detail.

I now work on a part time basis and really enjoy my role and the family atmosphere and camaraderie of working within a small but extremely professional company such as LP&M, where everyone’s opinion counts and teamwork is so important.

I strive to provide an approachable and helpful service to both our Clients and leaseholders and to assist them in a clear and proficient manner.

Neel Mehta

Commercial Property Manager

Having previously worked within a Residential Property Management department at another company, I recently joined LPandM as a Commercial Property Manager, working closely with Howard to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance and performance of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and building positive, long-lasting relationships with our clients. I have enjoyed the challenge of expanding my knowledge of the commercial sector and look forward to continuing to develop my skills while delivering a professional and proactive service.

Ben Howard

I joined the property industry in 2015, beginning my career with our sister company, Sewell & Gardner. Since then, I have gained experience across residential, new homes, land and development, and commercial property, giving me a broad understanding of the market.

Today, I work alongside Howard and Neel in managing our commercial property portfolio while also serving as Director of Perry Holt Property Consultants. I pride myself on building long-term client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice to help clients maximise the value of their property investments.

I joined LPandM in 2019 after a long and varied career with John Lewis, bringing a wealth of administrative and customer service experience to the team.

As PA to the Company Director’s, I provide efficient, organised support while assisting across a wide range of projects throughout the business. I enjoy the variety my role offers and take pride in delivering a professional service to our clients. My strong organisational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team help ensure the smooth running of the office.

Managing Director

I am a Director of LPandM with over 20 years' experience across residential and commercial property. After founding Sewell & Gardner in 2002, I developed extensive expertise in residential sales, lettings and new homes before acquiring Perry Holt Property Consultants in 2019, expanding into commercial agency and consultancy.

I combine strong market knowledge with a practical, commercially focused approach and am committed to delivering exceptional client service while supporting the continued growth and success of LPandM.

Sarah Hall

Company Director

I joined LPandM in 2006 after a 20-year career in the hospitality industry, bringing with me extensive customer service and management experience. The move into property management proved to be an exciting new challenge, and I quickly established myself within the accounts department.

My dedication and commitment were recognised in 2009 when I became a Company Director. I now oversee financial reporting and client support for a diverse portfolio, ranging from individual landlords and trusts to overseas investors and companies with substantial property holdings, ensuring a professional and reliable service.

Howard Mecklenburgh MRICS

Company Director & Chartered Surveyor

Having been with LPandM since the early 1980s and a Director since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991, I have over 40 years of experience across all aspects of property. As an RICS Registered Valuer, I consider myself a true general practitioner and enjoy helping clients find practical solutions to property matters.

I have built a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team who share my commitment to delivering a professional, approachable and first-class service. If I don't have the answer, I will certainly know who does.
