LPandM Office Hours are Monday - Thursday 9am till 5pm and Friday 9am till 4pm


In the event of an emergency and the LPandM office is closed, please contact the relevant emergency contact below.
Before calling please be aware of the following: 
  • In the event the problem is not deemed an emergency or where the fault is as a result of damage or something that is not the responsibility of the landlord, the tenant may incur a charge for any call out and/or repairs. 
  • Before calling please check any manuals for appliances and devices you have been supplied with. 
  • In the event of an electrical fault and only when it is safe to do so, please check trip switches and fuses before calling the Electrician. 
  • If there is a leak please try and locate the stopcock to isolate the water supply to reduce any damage. 
The below contact numbers should only be called in an emergency and the issue cannot wait until the office is next open.

In the event of an emergency and any of the above listed contacts are unavailable, we ask that you please arrange a local contractor to attend.
Should you use any emergency contractor be sure to email the office to notify us. Notification of Call Out, Invoices and/or Receipts must be emailed to LPandM Ltd for reimbursement consideration from the landlord.

Please note that if you do not provide an invoice and/or receipt for the call out or repairs, then we are not able to reimburse you for the cost.
